Transfer Management

You will need the account wide Mid-Call Transfer feature to use this facility. During a call, you may dial *2 to begin the transfer, then either key in the entire number or an extension defined below. Once you have been connected, you need only hang up for your caller to be transferred. You may also dial ** to abort the transfer.
