Sub-processors
Barritel Limited uses the third parties below to deliver its AI Agent, Email and telecoms services. Each one processes personal data on our behalf under a written data processing agreement. This page forms part of the Data Processing Addendum we sign with each client, and we give at least 30 days' notice here before a new sub-processor begins processing client data.
Current sub-processors
The AI providers below are the providers we are authorised to use for speech recognition, speech synthesis and language-model processing. One or more of them is in use at any time; clients may ask us which.

Telephone networks
Calls to and from the AI Agent service are carried by UK public electronic communications networks, which are independent controllers of their own communications data under the Communications Act 2003 and are not sub-processors.
Notice of changes
We add a dated line below at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing client data. To receive these notices by email, write to customerservices@barritel.com with the subject "Sub-processor notices".
